Dear all, 

whether the mail I forwarded is sincere or not perhaps remains to be seen.
Jo van der Spek has 'been there and back', and even if we were to debate the
legitimacy of any electoral system in Iraq, the attempt to open up the
process via 'streaming activism' is entirely worthy. Spectre is the place to
take these kinds of initiaves up - not as a generic free for all post-up
board, but as a means of media(ted) collaboration.

As for the comment/statement below from L ... this is certainly one of the
most criptically bizarre bits of linguistic meltdown I have seen in a long
time. Maybe the worm resides here ...
