   This is to notify you of the ACA Media Arts Festival
   held in Japan and to extend an invitation to be part of
   this brilliant opportunity.

   "The ACA Media Arts Festival" is held annually by the
Å@Agency for Cultural Affairs in Japan and other related
Å@organizations to acknowledge and honor the artists who
Å@have produced works of outstanding creativity, thereby,
Å@to introduce their creative activities to a wider
Å@audience throughout the world.

   The number of entries continues to grow on an annual
   basis, with last years festival featuring 1,375 works
   from 20 countries across the world.
   The Exhibition of Prize-Winning Works attracted
   approximately 30,000 visitors last year, and many of
   the award-winning artists of this festival have also
   won a prize at other international festivals.
   These facts clearly show that this festival is emerging
   as the leading media arts event originating from Japan.

   The wide range of categories this festival encompasses
   represents various forms of media arts including manga,
   animation, games, Web sites, computer graphics, and
   interactive art.
   Participation is welcome irrespective of whether the
   artist is a professional or an amateur and regardless of
   whether the works involved are independent creations or
   were produced for commercial purposes.
