so that rafa can join us, can we change the spectre haunt of the 
brucknerhaus bistro till 1430 on tuesday 4 september?

if we can do this later time, some post-syndicalists from the 'takeover 
systems_connect systems' team <http://www.fro.at/connect_systems/> might be 
able to join us too (eg. micz flor and walter).
