/Mobilise/Demobilise/brings a critical and artistic perspectiveto a
world of increasing conflict, crisis and emergency.

The festival launchesthe rebuiltUpStage, an online platform where
artists collaborate in real time with all kinds of digital media to
create participatory live performances for audiences around the world.

The festivalis live, online and free: all you need is a standard browser
and internet connection on acomputer or mobile device.The programme is
