Welcome to the Feminist Gaming Group!

The Feminist Gaming Group is organising nights of intense multi-player
gaming session
for beginners. The sessions are semi-private, on RSVP only and are tailored
for people
with little knowledge of video games. The composition of the group will
vary depending on
the game played.

A Feminist Gaming session will last all night and participants will sleep
on location.

This Session will take place Saturday *22nd of September at Kreuzberg
Pavillon* in Berlin.

For the first session, we are going to play Fortnite Battle Royale, a free
online multiplayer
game.
You will be required to bring your laptop and a mouse.
You will be expected to sleep on location.
You will bring sweets, sodas and all the trashy food you can think of.

This event is for people that identify as women and non-binary. Cis-men are
also welcome
as long as they are beginners in gaming, and in particular beginners in
Fortnite Battle
Royale.

The Feminist Battle Royale Gaming Group ist taking place within the
frameworks of the
ongoing Kreuzberg Pavillon Project *IS IT A GAME?*, a series of playable
situations where
the practices of playful artists and game makers intersect within
experimental exhibition
formats. IS IT A GAME? is curated by *Heiko Pfreundt* & *Lisa Schorm* and
funded by by the
Department for Culture and Europe, Berlin.

Willkommen bei der Feminist Gaming Group!

Die Feminist Gaming Group organisiert Nächte intensiver
Multi-Player-Gaming-Sessions
für Anfänger. Die Sitzungen sind halbprivat, nur mit Anmeldung und auf
Leute
zugeschnitten, die wenig über Videospiele wissen. Die Zusammensetzung der
Gruppe
hängt vom Spiel ab.

Eine Feminist Gaming-Session dauert die ganze Nacht und die Teilnehmer
schlafen vor
Ort.

Diese Session findet am Samstag, den *22. September im Kreuzberg Pavillon*
in Berlin
statt.

Für die erste Sitzung spielen wir Fortnite Battle Royale, ein kostenloses
Online-
Multiplayer-Spiel.
Du solltest einen Laptop und eine Maus mitbringen.
Du solltest vor Ort übernachten.
Du bringst Süßigkeiten, Limonaden und alles trashige Essen mit, das du dir
vorstellen
kannst.

Dieses Event ist für Menschen, die sich als Frauen oder non-binary
identifizieren.Cis-
Männer sind auch willkommen. Voraussetzung ist es Anfänger im Gaming
generell und im
Speziellen Anfänger in Fortnite Battle Royale zu sein.

Situationen, in denen sich
die Praktiken von KünstlerInnen und SpielmacherInnen in experimentellen
Ausstellungsformaten begegnen. IS IT A GAME? wird kuratiert von *Heiko

*Schorm* und wird gefördert von der Berliner Senatsverwaltung für Kultur
und Europa.
