I am aware of the good work you have done in the past invoking human networks
and dialogue, so, be sure that I view this as only an opportunity to raise what
imho is becoming an ever more exclusive issue. We are in a situation that
demands other models and other behaviors towards the institutions that impose
this form of poverty through indentured servitude...

One of those models is simple human encounter, (David Bohm's dialogue)
encumbered by as little institutional weight/baggage as possible. It would seem
that at the level of institutionalization of relation that is happening
generally in tertiary ed (and elsewhere) is precluding our best options...

so it goes.
