El Festival Internacional de Videodanza del Uruguay (FIVU.05), 
integrante del Circuito Videodanza MERCOSUR, junto al Festival Danca 
en Foco de Rio de Janeiro, Brasil y el Festival Internacional de 
Videodanza de Buenos Aires, Argentina, abre la inscripción para su 
próxima edición.
La Videoteca Montevideo está organizando el Festival Internacional de 
Videodanza del Uruguay (FIVU.05) a realizarse en Octubre próximo, 
como forma de profundizar en la especificidad del lenguaje de la 
videodanza.
El género involucra a la danza, el cuerpo y el movimiento como 
materia de investigación y de discurso desde la perspectiva mediada 
por la cámara.

Se convoca a realizadores a enviar sus obras que deben entregarse en 
soporte DVD, en cualquier norma. No hay límites de duración ni se 
cobra tasa de inscripción. El DVD deberá incluir los siguientes 
datos: Título, Nombre del director, país, nombre e email de la 
persona de contacto. Las obras estarán expuestas a un criterio de 
selección. Una vez realizada la selección el FIVU 05 se contactará 
con los realizadores para solicitar los datos completos de la obra y 
la ficha técnica.

-El FIVU no se hace cargo de la devolución del material enviado.
-El plazo de entrega se extiende hasta el 1ro de Setiembre.
-El material se recepciona en 18 de Julio 1805, Apto 1005. CP 11200, 
Montevideo, Uruguay.

The International DanceVideo Festival of Uruguay (FIVU.05), member of 
the DanceVideo Circuit MERCOSUR, with The Danca en Foco of Rio de 
Janeiro, Brasil and The International DanceVideo of Buenos Aires, 
opens the inscription for its next edition.

The Videoteca Montevideo is organizing The International DanceVideo 
Festival of Uruguay (FIVU.05), to be realized the next October, as it 
forms to deepen in the specificity of the dancevideo language.
This sort involves the dance, the body and the movement like speech 
and investigation matter from the half-full perspective by the camera.

We summon producers to send its works that must be given in support 
DVD, in any norm. Duration limits do not prevail nor receives rate of 
inscription. The DVD will have to include the following data:

Title, Director Name, country, name and e-mail of the contact person. 
The works will be exposed to a selection criterion. Once made the 
selection FIVU 05 will be contacted with the producers to ask for the 
complete data of the work and the list of credits.

- FIVU is not responsible for the return of the sent material.
- The deadline to send the material, overcomes the 1 of September.
