Paris: day of solidarity with Paolo Persichetti, against the extradition of
Cesare Battisti and all the Italian refugees

On Sunday, January 30th, 2005 from 3:15 pm till 8:00 pm Studio of the
Hermitage 8, the rue de l' Ermitage - 75020 Paris Métro: the Jordan or
Menilmontant

For two and a half years Paolo Persichetti is imprisoned in an Italian
prison. His  extradition inaugurated the " new French politics " towards the
refugees " -Italian. The government in place so wants to annihilate without
mood twenty years of asylum, administrative regularizations, vested
interests by the refugees " Italian and their families. Cesare Battisti is
today experimenting in his expenses this new politics of case by case ".

You are invited in this day of solidarity to review the political and legal
situation of the Italian "refugees" and call back the importance of their
fight for the right of asylum in France The Italian "refugees" and the
Committee of the families of the Italian refugees.
