[spectre] Vectorial ElevatiON

Dear Spectres,

The interactive installation "Vectorial Elevation" is up and running again,
this time at the Place Bellecour in Lyon, France, for the Fête des Lumières.
Until the 10th of December, people may design huge light sculptures using a
web 3D interface. The designs are rendered by 18 robotic searchlights and
captured by four cameras placed around the city.
