Patricia Ward (*Buenos Aires) ist Video-Künstlerin,
studierte Kunst in London und lebt in Berlin und
London.
Sie spricht über ihre Arbeit und lädt zur Diskussion.

"Die Beschäftigung mit dieser Stadt enthüllt eine
architektonische Dialektik.
Die urbane Landschaft gibt Auskunft über die
Vergangenheit, das Trauma.
Die Symbole des Erinnerns, deren Stofflichkeit im
urbanen Gefüge/ Eine architektonische Sprache/ Die
Leere als Repräsentation einer Abwesenheit/ Die Leere
im sozialen Geflecht."


ORIGINALFASSUNG, eine Serie von Gesprächen und
Diskussionen basiert eher auf
einem Verständnis von Zusammenarbeit als auf
Wettstreit, motiviert durch die Neugierde von Fremden
oder Besuchern verschiedene Felder zu betreten - wie
z. B. Wissenschaft, Musik, Architektur, Kunst, Tanz,
Choreographie, Theater, Politik, Design, Medien,
Wirtschaft, Journalistik.

"Berlin, urban intervention"

Patricia Ward, born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, works
with video.
She studied in the University of Arts, London. She's
currently living
in London and Berlin.
Patricia will speak about her work.

"A contemplation of this city reveals an architectural
dialectic, the
urban landscape revealing the past, the trauma.
The symbolisation of the memory by the physicality in
the urban space
as an architectural language which involves the void
as the representation
of emptiness.Void evokes the absence, the emptiness
that is left in the social body."

ORIGINALFASSUNG, a series of talks and discussions
based on an understanding of collaboration rather than
competition motivated by the curiosity of strangers or
visitors
to tap into different fields, such as science, music,
architecture, art, dance, choreography, theater, film,
politics, design, media, economics, journalism.
